- Maximum of 2 adults per Grand Deluxe Room. Valid for Sunday–Thursday nights only; excludes Vietnam public holidays.
- Valid during the Normal season: May, September, and June 1st – August 31st (following the domestic-account rule of the rate structure). Other non-peak periods may also apply.
- Blackout Dates (Peak Seasons): December 22 – January 2, February 7–10, and April 30 – May 2.
- Booking Channels: Direct bookings only via official website or via hotline / Zalo.

- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made later or in case of a no-show will incur a charge equivalent to the first night.
